Returns on Dry Goods

Brand new item and it's been unused, but you opened the box?

Please keep all of the original packaging and your receipt! As long as the item was purchased from our website or in-store within the last 30 days, is unused, and has never touched water, we can accept a return and offer a refund minus a 25% restocking fee.

• Products must be returned in the original packaging. Products returned with broken manufacturer seals, damaged or altered packaging, missing packing material, warranty cards, manuals, and/or accessories will be treated as unused but open items.
• We will not accept items that have been used or show signs of water exposure.
• All items sold under a clearance, blowout, or liquidation are final and not eligible for return.
• Any products over the 30-day purchase date cannot be refunded.

Returns on Shipped Livestock 

Coral, fish, or invertebrates dead on arrival? 

• Please take detailed and clear pictures within ONE HOUR of the package’s arrival. Submit your pictures, immediately, via email to contact@reefsystems.com
• If the livestock is deemed to be dead on arrival, a credit for the item will be applied to you for the amount purchased minus shipping fees.
• DO NOT remove the coral from the plug.
• DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without Reef Systems Coral Farm's authorization.
• DO NOT refuse shipment if box is leaking or appears damaged or guarantee will be voided.
• Claims must be submitted within 24 HOURS of FedEx delivery date.
• Packs & discounted corals will be credited for the amount paid.
• Policy applies to online orders only. 

Returns on In-Store Purchased Livestock

Coral, fish or invertebrates dead after you get home?

Any livestock that is purchased in-store and leaves our facility is not covered under any of our return policies. If you have any issues with coral or fish, please take detailed and clear pictures and videos within one hour of leaving our facility and immediately email them to contact@reefystems.com.
