- Shipping delays or errors that result in loss of livestock WILL NOT be covered under our alive arrival guarantee.
- We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping errors beyond our control
Alive Arrival Guarantee:
- All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive.
- In the unfortunate event, you receive a livestock delivery that is dead on arrival, please take detailed and clear pictures within ONE HOUR of the package’s arrival. Submit your pictures via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- If the item is deemed to be dead on arrival, a credit for the item will be applied to your account.
- DO NOT remove the coral from the plug.
- DO NOT discard or ship the specimen back without Reef Systems Coral Farm's authorization.
- DO NOT refuse shipment if box is leaking or appears damaged or guarantee will be voided.
- Claims must be submitted within 24 HOURS of FedEx delivery date.
- If an item is deemed to be dead on arrival, you will receive a credit for the item on your Reef Coral Systems account.
- Packs & discounted corals will be credited for the amount paid.
- Policy applies to online orders only.
- Arrive alive guarantee applies to non-coral invertebrates
- If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment.
